There is an interesting case pending in New York.  In the divorce settlement, the husband got the house in Scarsdale and the wife got the apartment in Manhattan.  The husband got stuck with the Madoff investments and is now trying to revise the settlement.  
 
In a Seinfeld reunion episode aired 2 years before the above case was filed, George Costanza finds himself in a similar situation as the New York husband-litigant.
